Satya Manoj Vinnakota
Satya Manoj is a Telecommunications Engineer by qualification, with entrepreneurial interests in the fields of data-drive mobile apps, interactive media, and football. His story has been a strong validation of Adianta's core approach to academic delivery and evaluation.
While a Fellow at Adianta, Satya interned with the in-house incubator- Startup Tunnel as the Outreach and Marketing Executive. An enthusiastic learner, he adopted blogging about his learning and various ideas to his professional life and began broadcasting his posts to his LinkedIn network. Soon, AppLift, a Berlin-based company which provides software-based services to apps for user re-engagement and lifetime value optimization reached out and recruited him as the Supply and Operations Manager as part of their plan to expand their Indian operations.
An ardent ManU supporter, Satya plans to create and connect the global football fan community through his venture idea. Stay tuned, world!

Nikhil Bohra
Nikhil Bohra is a biotechnology engineer by qualification, having graduated from Vellore Institute of Technology with B.Tech. His interests lie in agribusiness, eco-tourism, and healthcare. Nikhil has been working on his idea of developing and marketing affordable cattle feed formula to dairy farmers in rural India for a few years now. From this was born Cattle Mettle; its USP is its environmentally sustainable model that also generate rural employment. During his time at Adianta, Nikhil built his business strategy and finetuned the venture's plan for product delivery.
Cattle Mettle was Asia-Africa winner of the Global Social Venture Competition, and was presented at the Haas Business School, UC Berkeley.

Rajib Biswas
Rajib Biswas is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification, but a designer at heart. During his university days, he moonlighted as a freelance graphic design artist, and soon realized that he had an intuitive grasp of design thought when problem-solving.
As a Design for Social Innovation Fellow at Adianta, Rajib pondered about issues like child labour and the workings of organizations in the NGO sector. His breakthrough came during the Product Development Module, which was facilitated by Namrata Mehta and the Civic Labs initiative. Project Papri was pivoted into an app-based platform to revolutionize the way NGOs and social innovation projects sought and recruited volunteers.
Apart from being Founder & Chief Happiness Officer at Project Papri, Rajib also leads Creative Strategy at My Refers, which is built upon the philosophy of 'Karma Recruiting' for startups.

Kartik Sharma
Kartik is an Agriculture and Food Engineer from IIT-Kharagpur, with interests in running marathons and  education-focused innovations. As a former Business Consultant and while a part of the Strategy team at Sharda Group of Educational Institutions, he gained deep experience in the fields of market research, product design, digital marketing, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

During his time at Adianta, he co-founded 132 connect with his venture partner, Pavan Charak. It was conceptualized as a one-stop platform that shares real-time and reliable information about career options for young people using data visualization techniques. The idea qualified for the finals of the Ericsson Innovation Awards, 2015, where the team finished as second runners up, and won a prize money of 5000 Euros.

He is currently busy devising Growth Hacking strategies for Venturesity, a Bangalore-based firm that is disrupting recruitment through hackathons and skill-based challenges.

Shashanka Rekulapalli
Shashanka is a Civil Engineer with a passion for designing and building systems that support information dissemination to help recipients learn better. He was the winner of Deloitte's Junior Achievement Business Challenge, 2011, and managed classroom technology for the Srivani Educational Society.
An aspiring civic and policy entrepreneur with an interest in the design of service delivery systems for those commodities having public good value. He is currently working on improving processes at the Indian multinational Public Sector banking and financial services company- State Bank of India.

Chaitanya Krishna
Chaitanya is a Biotechnology engineer by qualification, and a tinkerer at heart. His love for solutioneering is evident through his inventions. A certified fire safety expert, his interests lie in energy conservation, product innovation, and safety wearables. Some of his work include prototypes and ideas around the following-

  • Electronic earplug that allow safe sounds within safe audible limits. Designed for industrial use and cardiac patients.
  • Cost- effective solar panels; patent pending.
  • Mobile touch interface that can avoid glass breakage and provides reduced adverse ergonomic effect.

Kirubakaran Reddy
Kirub is a professionally qualified automobile engineer who has a TiE- VFI- Mauka fellowship behind him. His interests lie in youth leadership and mobile tech innovation through entrepreneurship. Kirub has been involved in delivering professional training and coaching through his organization- ExpertsHub, Industry Skill Development Center, which aims at providing experiential and interactive learning solutions through innovative programs through collaborations with facilitators from the industry, research organizations and top academic institutions in the country. The Center has been focusing on scaling up.

Anirbaan Ghosh
Anirbaan is a musician and creative entrepreneur who completed the Executive Programme in Sales and Marketing from IIM-Lucknow and holds an Engineering Degree from Delhi University. During his time at Adianta, he won the Startup Weekend organized in Delhi in 2014. Along with 7 other budding entrepreneurs, he created a prototype of a product which revolved around the concept of 3D printing.

In the creative space, Anirbaan founded the ArtTree Academy of Music & Performing Arts in Delhi, and is an ARThink South Asia Fellow 2015-16. He is working towards setting up the Arts Innovation Lab, which will shape the ecosystem for collaborative projects between artists and extend support to arts practitioners in the field.

Vinayak Dalmia
Vinayak is an Economics Major from Warwick, an M. Phil in Finance from Cambridge and an upcoming entrepreneur. He has been a Team Member- Office of Advisor to Indian Prime Minister on Innovations. He is interested in Public Service and Entrepreneurship.

Mohammed Saif Qureshi
Mohammed is an alumni of the University of Glasgow where he pursued Engineering Studies, specializing in Aeronautics. During this time, he 'got lost', rediscovering himself only upon finding his passion for education. This is when he began working on his side project- IntelÆon.
While an Adianta Fellow, this pet project took shape and now aims to position itself as a platform for lifelong learning by enabling expression of innate human curiosity.
Post his fellowship, he joined Pleolabs as its Marketing Director; PleoLabs was acquired by XSeed Education in 2015. Mohammed is currently Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity, Hong Kong, where he continues to research methods of creative education and build on new ones.

Himangshu Das
Himangshu is a Civil Engineer by qualification, who joined Adianta with unbridled curiosity to understand the startup world better. While a Fellow, he worked as a Research Intern at Bold Ventures, then in its nascent stage, where he also created visual artefacts for its archive and outreach initiatives.

Soon after graduation, he joined DataCulture as a Digital Media Marketing Associate. He began with crafting social media messages and laying the foundation for the SocMed strategy for the firm as well as its clients. Soon, Google AdWords and Analytics, along with content marketing became his forte. He is now building DataCulture's overall marketing strategy, which will include inbound marketing and lead generation for BD, viral marketing and growth hacking. He has worked in B2B and B2C client engagements.
